This notice is issued by ADAM TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“the Company”) as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Company contact details are available in the footer of this page.

Scope

This notice covers the a-damtechnology.com website only. Any processing the Company performs within systems it builds for clients is governed by the relevant contract and by that institution’s own privacy notices.

What This Site Does Not Collect

This website is deliberately built to process as little data as possible:

  • No cookies. The site sets none.
  • No analytics or tracking. There is no third-party measurement, including Google Analytics.
  • No contact form. No data is collected through any form on this site.
  • No requests to third-party servers. All assets, including fonts, are served from our own infrastructure. Visiting this site does not transfer data to any external provider.
  • No accounts or sign-in.

What Is Processed

The server hosting this site may keep access logs to the extent technically necessary. Such logs typically contain:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Requested page
  • Browser and operating system information (user-agent)

These records are kept solely to maintain the security and availability of the system, to diagnose faults and to prevent abuse. They are not used for marketing, not used for profiling, and not fed into any automated decision-making.

Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-(f) — processing necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

If You Contact Us Directly

If you reach us via the email address or telephone number published on this site, the contact details and message content you provide are processed solely to assess and respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) and Art. 5/2-(f) — directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, and legitimate interest.

Transfers

The data described above is not transferred abroad. Access logs may be shared with our hosting service providers only to the extent required to operate the infrastructure, and only where those providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Retention

Access logs are retained for as long as their purpose requires and for the minimum periods prescribed by applicable legislation, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Enquiries are retained for a reasonable period after they are resolved.

Your Rights Under KVKK Art. 11

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • request information if it has been processed,
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
  • know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
  • request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7,
  • request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that works against you,
  • claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

How to Apply

You may submit requests concerning your rights, together with information verifying your identity, through any of the following channels:

  • our KEP address (Turkey’s registered electronic mail system, using an email carrying a secure electronic signature or mobile signature),
  • in writing to our registered address (in person or via notary),
  • the email address published on this site.

The KEP address and other company details appear in the footer of this page.
